LGBTQ+

CVYP runs a drop-In for LGBTQ+ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and those questioning their sexual or gender identity) children, young people. An inclusive service where young people can come and feel safe and supported and be themselves without judgement or prejudice. 

We provide direct support to LGBTQ+ children and young people around their gender and sexual identities. We run an extensive programme including DofE, Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme, and a range of physical activities and life skills workshops. 

Creative arts including music has allowed the young people to be able to express themselves in a way they feel comfortable, a way to have a voice and be heard.
